“Jason work tirelessly in Western Works Delivery Track. He has successfully delivered 120 Track jobs to date- worth circa 17 million, in the past 12 months. Jason recognises he does not do this in isolation and brings his team with him. Engaging them to develop and progress in their understanding of delivering safe and sustainable jobs. Jason leads by example and demonstrates qualities which most project teams aspire to have. He inspires the greater track team in Works Delivery to achieve and improve in every job. He visits sites out of hours and has inclusive conversations with team members, treating our supply chain as one of the whole team. Jason recognises talent and ability in colleagues and nurtures this. Jason is humble and always willing to learn, safer, better ways of delivering work and engaging others. He does deserve to win this award, along with his track WDM's and teams.“
