Darryl entered our department around 10 months ago, the difference he has made in such a short space of time is testament to his superb management capabilities, and he has made an instant impact & made changes that will greatly benefit the business.

He has installed a safety first culture during time & constantly places safety at the top of all we do & constantly reminds others to do the same. He supports safety initiatives with passion & enthusiasm.

Working with Darryl has been a pleasure, his easy going approach makes everyone feel at ease. He is the best manager I have worked with by a long way.“

Said the following about Darryl Hawes:

“Darryl took on management of his current team a year ago and has since turned it around into a successful and extremely safety focused team with a good reputation for delivering quality work, safely. Darryl’s management style is exemplary and he supports his team no matter what. He is open and honest in his communications with his team, his clients and his superiors. He encourages thorough planning and any innovations to provide robust planning and risk control. Darryl uses his volunteer days to support the Samaritans, this is a cause that is close to his heart as he has previously been involved with 2x suicide prevention interventions whilst at work and has recently had the privilege of being invited to parliament to talk on the subject, his experiences, the prevention that can be done in the future, Samaritans training and to involve local MPs.“
